About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Global Customer Service Representative to join our EIMEA team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of order cycle, including entry, maintenance, confirmation, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer interactions professionally and coordinate final customer responses.
  • Communicate changes that may affect orders in a timely manner.
  • Administer SAP systems to update customer master data, CoA, invoice queries, and customer complaints.
  • Liaise with finance, logistics, sales, and other functions to ensure OTIF delivery.
  • Work proactively to achieve local SHE objectives while adhering to regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 0-2 years' experience in customer service or a related field.
  • A high school degree or commercial school education.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and/or another major language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish).

  • Strong computer competency and MS Office suite proficiency.
  • Customer orientation and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
