About the Job
We are looking for a skilled Norwegian Customer Service representative to join our team in Porto, providing customer support by phone, email, and chat. You will work in a hybrid working system, with a combination of office and home office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to customers in Norwegian.
- Work in a rotating shift schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Participate in on-site paid training for 10 days.
- Directly contract with the client.

- Meal allowance: 6.41€/day
