Customer Service Representative with Norwegian Language Skills

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with proficient Norwegian language skills to join our team at Eurofirms. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Norway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in Norwegian and English
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels
- Process customer requests and complaints in a timely manner
- Track and document customer interactions in our call tracking database
Requirements:
- Proficient Norwegian language skills
- Advanced level of English
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
- Call center experience
- Ability to work in a customer service environment
