About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team at Eurofirms. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients in the Dutch language.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Dutch language proficiency at a proficient or bilingual level.
- Advanced level of English language skills.
- 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience.
- Call center experience.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
