Customer Service Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual customer service specialist to join our team at Eurofirms. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude towards customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through phone, email, or messaging platforms.
  • Process customer requests and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Track and document customer interactions in our call tracking database.
  • Enhance customer loyalty by delivering a seamless and positive experience.

Requirements:

  • Proficient or bilingual level of Danish and advanced level of English.
  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Call center experience.
  • Flexibility in terms of shifts.
  • Effective communication and customer care skills.
  • Strong computer navigation skills.
