Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and clarify doubts through active listening and effective communication
- Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to provide seamless support experience
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Danish language
- Good English language skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient and empathetic attitude
