Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network problems
  • Provide technical assistance to customers via ticketing system
  • Document customer issues for tracking purposes and learning opportunities
  • Measure and act upon service metrics, thresholds, and key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with customer success, product, and engineering teams
Requirements
  • Technical background in Network Systems, IT, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
  • Knowledge of Linux
