About the Role
Phiture is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Porto. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configuring, integrating, and testing of components, programs, and application modules
- Diagnostics of incidents in application modules installed at customers
- Resolving medium complexity requests independently
- Preparing and validating documentation for the Knowledge Base
- Collaborating in internal training and support provision to customer users
- Providing support services to customers as requested
- Compiling periodic service delivery reports
- Maintaining accurate records for successful screening
- Communicating resolution of requests to customers
- Traveling to customers when necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or degree in computer science
- Basic knowledge of DB2 and/or SQL Server
- Fluent English language skills
- Analytical and learning abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Effective time management and sense of responsibility
- Emotional control, flexibility, and adaptability
- Teamwork spirit

- Insurance or Cleva solution/module knowledge
About the Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of €40,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as professional development opportunities, flexible working hours, and a dynamic work environment.
