We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Customer Support Specialist to support American healthcare organizations and their clients from our offices in Portugal and across the US, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Poland, Georgia, Colombia, and the Czech Republic.
This role involves working with dynamic teams to resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional service. As a specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with our international team to offer streamlined support and ensure seamless communication.
Schedule: Aligned with New York time zone
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction by implementing process improvements and best practices
What We Offer:
- Excellent compensation package, estimated at $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
