Customer Support Representative

Our company, Cross Border Talents, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will play a crucial role in resolving product and technical issues for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a Native or Strong C2 level in French and fluency in English. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via various channels, providing timely and accurate responses, and documenting interactions accurately.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, which takes into account the cost of living in the location and the qualifications required for the role. Your salary will be discussed in more detail during the interview process.

The following key responsibilities are essential to this role:
- Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels.
- Assist customers through phone, chat, and emails regarding different queries.

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
