About the Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist at TeamViewer GmbH, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers based in France and other English-speaking countries. Your role will involve resolving technical and accounting issues over the phone and via email, providing support through our ticket system, and showcasing our software solutions to customers via online demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support our existing customers with their technical and accounting issues.
• Provide support through our ticket system and via email.
• Prepare offers for prospective customers, tailoring solutions to their individual needs.
• Showcase our software solutions to customers via online demonstrations.
• Work closely with the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience.

Requirements:

• University degree in economics or relevant vocational education.
• Fluency in French and English (other languages are a plus).
• At least some experience working in customer and/or sales.
• Determination, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and passion for working with people.
