Job Title: Italian Customer Service Representative for Fintech Service Company
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Italian customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a native or fluent level of Italian, as well as strong English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients via various communication channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Analyze customer service statistics and compile accurate reports on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate with other departments to bring relevant customer insights to support the overall business strategy.
Requirements:
- Native or proficient level of Italian (C2).
- Intermediate level of English (at least B2).
- Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills in supported languages.
- Self-organized, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations.
