About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist for the Italian market to join our TeamViewer Customer Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our Italian customers, ensuring their technical and accounting issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to Italian customers via phone, ticket, and chat, identifying and resolving their technical and accounting issues.
  • Deliver online demonstrations of our software solutions, showcasing their functionality and how they can solve individual IT challenges.
  • Identify customer needs and forward requests to our sales department.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers.

Requirements

  • University degree in economics or relevant vocational education, such as commercial or technical training.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
  • Other languages, such as Spanish, Portuguese, and French, are a plus.
  • Windows/Mac user knowledge is desirable.
  • At least some experience working with customers and/or in sales, e.g., internships.
  • Determination, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and passion for working with people.
