Key Responsibilities:

Support existing customers in Italy with their technical and accounting issues over the phone, ticket and chat.

Deliver an outstanding customer experience while working closely with all members of the Customer Support team to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

Fluency in Italian is mandatory, and English is also required. Other languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, and French are a plus. Windows/Mac user knowledge is desirable. At least some experience working with customer and/or in sales, e.g., Internships, is necessary. Determination, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are essential. Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people are also required.
