Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Italian-speaking customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Support our merchants with all questions and inquiries about our product and service
  • Actively work on process optimization to increase customer satisfaction
  • Closely collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Italian language skills (C2 level) and fluent English (B2 level)
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • Previous contact center or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong technology skills and enthusiasm for using digital tools
  • Customer-centric approach and excellent communication skills
  • Curiosity and persistence in solving issues
  • Organizational skills and ability to remain calm in stressful situations

Offer:

  • Full-time position with 40 hours per week

  • Training conditions: 30 calendar days, Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00

Compensation:

  • Gross € 950x14 + monthly bonuses (€100 language + €100 skill + €100 attendance + up to €120 performance) + €6/day meal card
  • Start date: 04th November
  • Abroad: 4 weeks in a hotel + up to €700 reimbursement after 90 days
  • From Portugal: 2 weeks in a hotel + up to €150
