Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Personalbüro U. Herrmann. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients from one of the greatest German Banks.
You will be a single point of contact for the bank's clients for different types of inquiries, manage all different types of inquiries generated via inbound activities such as chat and email, and provide information on product parameters/conditions and ongoing marketing campaigns, branch organization and services.
You will also be responsible for sales-oriented presentation of the product range, support of central marketing campaigns, order assignment forwarding by e-mail to consultants, branches and departments in the private and business customer segment, making appointments, final processing of inquiries, and navigation aid for the online banking portal.

Benefits:
- Fixed schedule between 8am and 5pm (Mon – Fri)
- 2 days off per week (Saturday & Sunday)
- Training: 2 weeks of training + 1 week of nesting (100% on site)
- Salary details: Project LOB Base Salary 950.00 € + Language adder German 450.00 € + Skill adder 200.00 € Performance bonus * (up to) + Meal allowance 167.86 € .-
- Relocation package: 700 EUR / flight and 1 month accommodation in a hotel
