Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Transcom. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service

Requirements:

  • Advanced spoken and written Italian skills, C1 level
  • Advanced spoken and written English skills, C1 level
  • Good computer user skills
  • Ability to generate empathy in written form
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer orientation and troubleshooting
  • Ability to manage time and meet goals
