About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor with native or fluent Italian language abilities to provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media channels in Italian.
  • Collaborate with merchants to address their inquiries and concerns about our product and service.
  • Contribute to process optimization initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Work closely with other departments, including Sales and Marketing.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Italian language skills (C2 level).
  • Fluent English language skills (minimum B2 level).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Previous contact centre or customer service experience.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
