Job Title: Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Italian speaking customer service representative to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (Wibitcs). As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support to clients in Italian through phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
  • Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service.
  • Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants.
  • Closely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing.

Requirements:

  • Native/fluent in Italian both verbal and written (C2 level).
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Ability to listen actively, identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity and solve issues in the first contact with customers.
  • Ability to take stressful situations well.
  • Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable).
  • Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications.
  • Good and customer-friendly service is the highest priority for you.
  • Curious and persistent in solving issues.
  • Organised and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations.

Offer:

  • Working hours: Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00 with the possibility to extend late shift until 21:00 as per client agreement.
  • Days off: 2 days (rotative).
