We are seeking a highly skilled Italian-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (WibitCS) in Porto, Portugal.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients in Italian, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, chat, and social media channels
  • Support our merchants with all questions and inquiries about our product and service
  • Actively work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers to increase customer satisfaction
  • Closely collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in Italian (C2 level) and fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Ability to listen actively, identify, apply, and explain product and/or service expertise with clarity and solve issues in the first contact with customers
  • Ability to handle stressful situations well
  • Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)
  • Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications
  • Good and customer-friendly service is the highest priority
  • Curious and persistent in solving issues
  • Organized and able to keep a cool head even in stressful situations

Offer:

  • Working hours: Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00 with the possibility to extend late shift until 21:00 as per client agreement
  • Days off: 2 days (rotative)
  • Workload: 40h/week (full time)

Training Conditions:

Duration: 30 calendar days

Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00
