We are seeking a highly skilled Italian-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (WibitCS) in Porto, Portugal. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients in Italian, using your excellent communication skills and product knowledge to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, chat, and social media channels
  • Support our merchants with all questions and inquiries about our product and service
  • Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers to constantly increase customer happiness
  • Closely work with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in Italian (C2 level) and fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Ability to listen actively, identify, apply, and explain product and/or service expertise with clarity and solve issues in the first contact with customers
  • Ability to take stressful situations well
  • Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)
  • Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications
  • Good and customer-friendly service is the highest priority
  • Curious and persistent in solving issues
  • Organised and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations

Offer:

  • Working hours: Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00 with the possibility to extend late shift until 21:00 as per client agreement
  • Days off: 2 days (rotative)
  • Workload: 40h/week (full time)

Training Conditions:

30 calendar days, Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00
