Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Language Requirements: Native Italian speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English for internal communication and documentation is also required.

Experience and Skills: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving abilities, a customer-first attitude, and proficiency in using computers, CRMs, and customer support software are essential.
