Responsibilities
Provide customer service support to assigned customers in Italy. Communicate with customers via various channels, provide order-related information, and compile analyses. Manage deliveries, returns, and claims, ensuring timely and complete delivery. Monitor credit-blocked orders and coordinate credit limit increases.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in customer support, sales, or logistics. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SAP/CRM, and Business Objects. Fluency in Italian and English. High customer orientation and communication skills. Autonomous and independent working style.
