David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading consultancy to hire a German-speaking Portuguese Customer Service Specialist for their Porto location.
This permanent role comes with a competitive base salary + bonuses package, reflecting the cost of living in Porto and industry standards.
The ideal candidate will possess native/fluent German skills (C2 level) and fluency in English (B2 level). Previous contact centre or customer service experience is preferred, but not necessary.
We are looking for a team player who can actively work on process optimisation, provide exceptional customer support via various channels, and collaborate with other departments. The successful candidate must be able to listen actively, identify, apply, and explain product/service expertise with clarity, and solve issues efficiently.
The working hours are Monday to Sunday, 08:00-17:00, with the possibility of extending late shifts until 21:00 based on client agreement. Benefits include meal allowance, guidance, and tools to reach full potential, as well as a dynamic and creative team environment.
As part of our training programme, you will receive 30 days of comprehensive onboarding, Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00. Your workload will be 40 hours per week (full-time), with two days off (rotative) and two weekends per month (rotative).
