Global Customer Support Specialist for Multinational Transportation Services

At Sitel Corp., we are seeking a skilled Global Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels.
The ideal candidate will possess strong Portuguese language skills (native or fluent level) and excellent English communication skills. They will also have the ability to provide first contact resolutions to customer queries, offer specialized customer support, and build meaningful relationships with customers. Additionally, they will meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
In this role, you will work closely with management to follow direction and provide feedback. To succeed, you must have native or proficient level of Portuguese (C2), advanced level of English (at least C1), both verbal and written. Strong communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential. You must also hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal and be willing to relocate to Porto.
