Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Danish-speaking customer support specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

  • Identify customers' needs and provide effective solutions, including sales.
  • Guide customers facing issues related to billing inquiries, handle transactions, and provide resolution to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers in placing orders and related issues.
  • Answer customers' inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues that they face and assist customers with account issues.
  • Follow standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on handling the most frequently asked questions as effectively as possible.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Fluent Danish language skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales experience with consumer products and services will be an asset.
  • Technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems.
  • Advanced internet research skills.
  • An empathetic soul with strong communication skills.
  • A positive and adventurous attitude.
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
