We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented customer support specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Porto.
About the RoleThis role involves reviewing and moderating content on our platform, ensuring it complies with community guidelines and policies. You will evaluate and remove offensive or inappropriate material, flag and report content that violates legal requirements or company standards, and handle content review requests promptly.
Responsibilities- Content Moderation: Review and moderate content on our platform to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.
- Removal of Inappropriate Content: Evaluate and remove offensive or harmful content from the platform.
- Flagging and Reporting: Flag and report content that violates legal requirements or company standards.
- Content Review Requests: Handle content review requests promptly and efficiently.
- Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate with team members to enhance the moderation process and contribute to a positive team environment.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Language Skills: Native-level fluency in German and B2 level proficiency in English.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions based on platform policies.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is an advantage but not required.
- Discretion and Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive material with discretion and professionalism.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independence and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
