Cross Border Talents is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Porto. This role involves working with customers, content moderation, and providing exceptional support.
Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information. The ideal candidate will have native-level fluency in German and B2 level proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Review and moderate content posted on the platform to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.
- Evaluate and remove offensive, harmful, or inappropriate material from the platform.
- Flag and report content that violates legal requirements or company standards.
- Ensure user interactions and content align with platform regulations, promoting a safe online environment.
- Handle content review requests promptly, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Native-level fluency in German and B2 level proficiency in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions based on platform policies.
- Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to handle sensitive material with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
