Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around €22,000 - €28,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the attractive salary, we also offer paid education and care for each individual, full-time employment contract, vacation and holiday bonuses, loyalty bonus, career path, great working atmosphere and friendly team spirit.

Job Description

You will provide customer support via multiple channels (calls, chats, emails) and work closely with our team to ensure high quality and satisfaction for our clients. You will start your job with training where you will get to know the system and processes with the support of our team leader and the entire team.

You will have the constant support of your team leader and the entire team and work in our office in Porto. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to users, offering solutions, responding to all inquiries in a timely manner;
  • Communicating in Polish every day;
  • Working closely with the team to ensure high quality and satisfaction for our clients;

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have advanced spoken and written Polish skills, C1 level (Mandatory), intermediate spoken and written English skills, B1 Level (Mandatory), good communication skills, good computer user skills (Mandatory), customer orientation and troubleshooting, ability to manage time and meet goals. Availability to work 5 days per week including Saturdays and Sundays and availability to work 8 hours per day following rotating fortnightly schedules are also required.
