About the RoleThe Customer Experience Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for retail partners and consumers, responding promptly to inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, or in-person visits. Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the main point of contact for retail partners and consumers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with retail store managers, sales associates, and other key stakeholders
- Proactively engaging with retail partners to understand their needs and provide product recommendations
- Processing retail orders accurately and efficiently
To be successful in this role, you will need 2 years of experience in customer service, consumer care, or related roles, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and French is mandatory, and you must be available for hybrid work. A results-oriented mindset, sales acumen, and strong problem-solving abilities are also essential.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
