At Speakit, we're seeking a highly skilled Dutch Customer Service Associate For E-commerce to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilize strong communication skills to listen to customer concerns and provide solutions via phone calls, emails, or chats.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction rates by escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
Requirements:
• Native or near-native level in Dutch.
• B2-level English skills.
• Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability in responding to diverse customer characters.
• European citizenship or work permit for Greece.
Benefits:
• Competitive monthly salary of 1300€ gross.
