Salary Options:
€1059/month with free shared accommodation (company-rented apartments)
€1259/month without accommodation
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Manage customer inquiries via live chat, phone, email, webforms, or social media interactions.
Complaint Resolution:
Handle customer complaints, offering precise solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
Product and Beauty Consultation:
Provide advice on beauty products, care routines, and alternatives, addressing customer queries efficiently.
E-Commerce Assistance:
Answer questions regarding returns, deliveries, refunds, and other e-commerce matters.
Data Protection:
Address GDPR-related inquiries, handle newsletter unsubscriptions, and manage potential data breaches.
Health Reports:
Register and report health-related conditions that customers may bring up.
Accommodation Option (if selected):
Company-Provided Housing:
Fully furnished shared apartments, including kitchen, TV, and internet access. All utilities (water, gas, electricity, internet) included. Bedding and towels are provided upon arrival. Rooms are exclusively for employees, and no pets are allowed.
Ideal Candidate:
Proficient in Greek. Willing and able to relocate to Porto. Interested in customer-facing roles within the beauty industry. This job would be ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and providing beauty-related advice in a structured environment, with a choice between higher salary or free accommodation. Please note relocation to Porto, Portugal is Mandatory.
