About the RoleWe are seeking skilled, tech-savvy and communicative individuals for the role of Support Superhero with Greek and English. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company in the customer experience management field and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails to resolve customer service issues;
- Follow procedures to escalate inquiries when needed;
- Inform customers about products and services;
- Use multiple systems to update records accurately;
- Support and collaborate with the team.
- Fluent in Greek (C1) and good English (B2)
- Contact center or customer service experience is a plus
- Quick to adapt to new products, processes, and technology
- Reliable with good attendance and time management
- Computer literate
- Competitive salary: 3000-3500 BGN gross per month
- Full-time employment on standard working hours Monday - Friday
