Italian Customer Advisor Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Italian Customer Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing first contact resolutions to customer queries
- Offering specialized customer support through written and phone communication
- Building meaningful relationships with customers and providing courteous, friendly, and professional service
- Meeting and exceeding customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Native or proficient level of Italian (C2)
- Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
- Strong communication skills, including excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
