We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Careerxtra in Porto, Portugal. This is a permanent contract opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires strong communication skills in both French and English, as well as the ability to listen actively and resolve customer issues efficiently. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our French-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supporting customers with inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Actively working on process optimization to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in customer service, excellent language skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a contact centre or similar environment is preferable.

You should also possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Fluent French and English language skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
  • Strong technology application skills (using a smartphone, tablet, or computer).
  • Customer-friendly service approach and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

  • A competitive salary: €30,000 - €35,000 per annum.

  • A flexible working schedule, Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 19:00, with the possibility to extend late shifts until 21:00 as per client agreement.
