About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and live chat platforms.
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing guidance and support with a 5-star approach
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate closely with other teams, such as Product and Engineering, to address customer needs
- Document and track customer interactions and feedback, providing insightful reporting to internal stakeholders
- Assist with the development and improvement of customer support processes and resources
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role, preferably within the financial services industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing efficient and effective resolutions to customer issues
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English, spoken and written
- Familiarity with fintech and cryptocurrency concepts and trends is a plus
