**About the Role:**
We are seeking a skilled and multilingual customer support expert to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a representative of one of the world's leading tech companies, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to clients across various regions.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Identify customers' needs and provide tailored solutions, including sales opportunities.* Guide customers through billing inquiries, handle transactions, and resolve issues efficiently.* Assist customers with placing orders and related queries.* Troubleshoot or escalate technical issues and help customers with account-related problems.* Utilize standard diagnostic procedures to address frequently asked questions effectively.
**Requirements:**
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- Fluency in Latvian.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sales experience with consumer products and services is an asset.
- Strong technical research skills to troubleshoot customer issues.
- Advanced internet research skills.
- An empathetic personality with excellent communication skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
