Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at TeamViewer. As a key member of our Customer Support Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through technical support and account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticket system
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide expert support
  • Work closely with the Customer Support Team to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory, with additional languages a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
