We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Customer Support** professional to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information and answer questions regarding our products, services, and pricing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry to final purchase.
- Assist customers with product ordering, including processing payments and managing shipping logistics.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating to management as necessary.
- Manage customer accounts, including updating customer information and processing returns or exchanges.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our product offerings to accurately assist customers.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a luxury retail or design setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
- Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. French, Spanish, Portuguese & Italian also valued.
