About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Consultant to join our team at SupportYourApp, a leading Support-as-a-Service company. As a key member of our global support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical and customer support to clients around the world.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via calls, emails, and chats, ensuring prompt and professional responses to client inquiries.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, industry trends, and product developments to provide informed solutions to clients.
  • Work securely with sensitive client information while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our clients' products and services, enabling you to provide tailored support and guidance.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent German (C1) and English language skills (B2).
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related field.
  • A keen interest in golf (a plus, but not required).
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team, fostering open communication and cooperation.
  • An independent and proactive approach to work, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • A reliable laptop or computer (at least 8GB RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload). Same for your home office.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
