We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Multilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Porto, Portugal.

As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our German-speaking customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshooting various issues and delivering personalized solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Maintaining open and empathetic communication with customers throughout their interactions with our company.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and contribute to continuous improvement of our customer experience.
  • Collecting feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and share insights that drive growth and development within our organization.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluency in German and intermediate-level English language skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong desire to help others are essential.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and find efficient solutions.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and web-based applications.
  • Team-oriented mindset, with a focus on collaboration and contributing to a positive work environment.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • A base salary of €25,000 - €30,000 per year, depending on experience, paid over 14 months.
