Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our client's team in Porto, Portugal. As a key member of the customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to existing customers, identifying their needs, and forwarding requests to the sales department.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional technical and accounting support to customers via phone, ticket, and chat
  2. Demonstrate software solutions to customers through online presentations, showcasing functionality that addresses their individual IT challenges
  3. Identify customer needs and forward relevant requests to the sales department
  4. Collaborate with the Customer Support team to deliver an outstanding experience for our customers

Requirements

  • University degree in economics or relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training
  • Previous customer support experience
  • Native German and Business English (B2/C1) proficiency
  • Additional languages like Italian, Spanish, or French are an asset
  • Windows/Mac user knowledge desirable
  • At least some experience working with customers or in sales, e.g., internships
  • Determination, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and passion for working with people
