Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our client's team in Porto, Portugal. As a key member of the customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to existing customers, identifying their needs, and forwarding requests to the sales department.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical and accounting support to customers via phone, ticket, and chat
- Demonstrate software solutions to customers through online presentations, showcasing functionality that addresses their individual IT challenges
- Identify customer needs and forward relevant requests to the sales department
- Collaborate with the Customer Support team to deliver an outstanding experience for our customers
Requirements
- University degree in economics or relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training
- Previous customer support experience
- Native German and Business English (B2/C1) proficiency
- Additional languages like Italian, Spanish, or French are an asset
- Windows/Mac user knowledge desirable
- At least some experience working with customers or in sales, e.g., internships
- Determination, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and passion for working with people
