Multilingual Customer Support Specialist with Italian Language Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As an Italian Customer Advisor with strong English language skills, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support.
Job Responsibilities- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat, utilizing your Italian and English language expertise to resolve issues efficiently.
- Listen to customer concerns, identify solutions, and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken.
- Foster positive relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Italian (C2 level) and good command of English (B2 level).
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions.
- A customer-first attitude and empathy towards addressing customer needs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
