Head of Marketing & Brand Strategy (Male Wellness) – Bioimmunix Wellness About Bioimmunix Bioimmunix Pharma is a premium, science-driven nutraceutical company headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal, with a focus exclusively on modern male health and performance. Our mission is to redefine how men approach wellness — moving away from short-term "quick fixes" toward long-term vitality, hormonal balance, performance, and confidence, supported by clinically researched ingredients and uncompromising quality standards. Our flagship product, SURGEX, represents this philosophy: a luxury men's wellness supplement designed for men who value science, discretion, performance, and trust. Bioimmunix is not a mass-market supplement brand. We are building a high-credibility, premium male health brand for Europe and global markets, with long-term ambitions to become a category leader in men's wellness. Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager who understands how to build and scale brands through social media storytelling and paid advertising. This role is execution-focused. You will work closely with the founders and play a key role in growing BioImmuniX's digital presence, reaching the right audience, and driving measurable growth. This is not a "Head of Marketing" role. We are looking for someone who can do the work, test fast, and optimize continuously. Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Content Strategy Plan and execute social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video platforms Create content ideas, hooks, storylines, captions, and campaign themes Translate science-based wellness concepts into engaging, premium social content Coordinate with creators, freelancers, or internal teams to produce reels and posts Build a consistent brand voice aligned with men's wellness and performance Paid Advertising & Growth Launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns Test audiences, creatives, messaging angles, and formats Monitor key metrics such as CAC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions Optimize campaigns based on performance data and insights Audience & Brand Growth Identify and refine BioImmuniX's ideal customer profiles Align organic content with paid acquisition strategy Support product launches and growth campaigns Continuously experiment and improve reach, engagement, and conversions What We're Looking ForMust-Have 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing Strong understanding of social media content and storytelling Hands-on experience running Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram) Ability to combine creativity with data-driven decision making Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently Nice-to-Have TikTok ads experience Experience in wellness, supplements, fitness, or lifestyle brands UGC or influencer collaboration experience Familiarity with EU DTC or e-commerce brands What This Role Is NOT Not a "Head of Marketing" or C-level role Not an agency-management position Not a purely strategic or theoretical role This is a build, test, learn, and scale role.
