Junior Customer Support Representative(Spanish-speaking)

Languages Required: Spanish (Fluent) + English (Basic for internal communication) Relocation Support Provided Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday: 24/7 rotational shifts (including night shifts)Days Off: 2 rotational days per week Key Responsibilities: Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.Follow company guidelines to ensure high-quality service.Escalate complex issues when necessary.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Requirements: Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).Basic English skills for internal communication.Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.Availability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift system, including nights and weekends.EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
