Job Title: Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Representative Location: Lisbon, Portugal Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Work Schedule: Rotational shifts 24/7 coverage Language Requirement: Fluency in Spanish and English About the Role: We are currently hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers through phone, chat, and email, ensuring high-quality service and resolution of inquiries in a timely manner. The role requires flexibility, as it follows a 24/7 shift pattern including nights, weekends, and holidays.
