As a Google Ads Account Manager, you will help transform business objectives into carefully orchestrated campaigns that deliver measurable results while respecting the nuance of each brand we serve. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max with a strategic mindset Monitor performance daily, interpreting data to optimize budgets, bids, keywords, and creatives Translate client goals into clear campaign structures and measurable KPIs Provide thoughtful analysis and performance insights, turning data into actionable recommendations Maintain account health through regular audits, testing, and refinement Collaborate closely with internal strategists, creatives, and account teams to ensure alignment and consistency Communicate campaign progress clearly and professionally with stakeholders What We Look ForWe value expertise — but we value character just as much.
