The company is dedicated to delivering high-quality, engaging, and calming mobile games for audiences worldwide.Role DescriptionInfinity Games is looking for a UA & Marketing Assistant to join our growing Marketing & User Acquisition team.This role is ideal for someone who loves data, is curious about performance marketing, and wants to build a career in UA and mobile marketing within the games industry.This is a hybrid role, with regular presence in our Odivelas office.ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, launch and optimization of User Acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)Monitor and analyse performance metrics such as CPI, ROAS, retention, LTV and ARPUSupport creative testing (videos, statics, playables) and analyse performance resultsWork closely with Marketing, Product, Design and Game teams to improve campaign performanceSupport ASO initiatives and store presence optimization (App Store & Google Play)Help with day-to-day marketing tasks and operational support to the teamRequirementsBachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or a related field, obtained in Portugal --> If obtained outside Portugal, official DGES recognition is mandatoryAbility to work in a hybrid model in Odivelas (this is not a fully remote role)Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data and numbersBasic knowledge or strong interest in digital marketing, performance marketing or user acquisitionGood communication skills in English (written and spoken)Organised, proactive and eager to learnNice-to-HavesPrevious experience in UA, performance marketing or mobile gamesExperience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Appsflyer, Adjust, Firebase, etc.Knowledge of mobile game metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, ARPU)What We OfferHybrid work model with a real team cultureOpportunity to work on international mobile games with millions of playersFast learning curve and real responsibility from day oneFriendly, informal and collaborative environmentRoom to grow, experiment and make an impact
