Role Description Infinity Games is looking for a UA & Marketing Assistant to join our growing Marketing & User Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who loves data, is curious about performance marketing, and wants to build a career in UA and mobile marketing within the games industry.
This is a hybrid role , with regular presence in our Odivelas office .
Responsibilities
Support the planning, launch and optimization of User Acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, etc.)
Monitor and analyse performance metrics such as CPI, ROAS, retention, LTV and ARPU
Support creative testing (videos, statics, playables) and analyse performance results
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Design and Game teams to improve campaign performance
Support ASO initiatives and store presence optimization (App Store & Google Play)
Help with day-to-day marketing tasks and operational support to the team
Requirements
Bachelor' If obtained outside Portugal, official DGES recognition is mandatory
Ability to work in a hybrid model in Odivelas (this is not a fully remote role)
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data and numbers
Basic knowledge or strong interest in digital marketing, performance marketing or user acquisition
Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Organised, proactive and eager to learn
Nice-to-Haves
Previous experience in UA, performance marketing or mobile games
Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Appsflyer, Adjust, Firebase, etc.
Knowledge of mobile game metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, ARPU)
