This project supports one of the worlds most popular video streaming services, and were looking for passionate individuals to join our team in Lisbon. Here, youll be part of a vibrant, multicultural environment, providing exceptional multi-channel support to users who love the service as much as you will. What Youll Be Doing: You'll assist users via phone, email, and chathelping them troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Youll play a key role in creating positive interactions and lasting impressions.
